REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ARTICLES' CONTENT AND STRUCTURE:
- information about the author (-s): surname, full name, patronymic (or middle name); academic title, academic degree; place of work and position; office and home addresses (with zip codes); office, home and cellular telephone numbers (with city and international codes); key scientific interests of the author (-s) - all the information must be in the original language and in English;
- photo of the author (-s), size 3-4;
- the title of the article in original and in English;
- annotation (abstract) of the article in 3-5 sentences in original and in English;
- keywords in original and in English;
- he article itself must contain the following structurtal elements: problem definition in its connections to the important scientific and practical tasks; analysis of the recent publications on the considered problem; definition of the issues withing the considered problem that have not been solved yet; setting of the article’s objectives; presentation of the research materials with the scientific results grounding; conclusiong of the article;
- the list of the resources and literature is mandatory and must be alphabetical;
- names of the authors, referred in the text, must be present in the list of the resources and literature;
- references in the text must be numbered in the brackets in accordance to the list of the resources and literature after the article;
- statement signed by the author (-s) that the article has not been published yet and is not being considered for publishing;
- size of the article - 12,000-24,000 printed characters (as an exception, maximum of 40,000 printed characters is acceptable);
- most common type of fonts, text fonts and formulas fonts must be different;
- formulas must be accurate, with standard symbols;
- tables must be space-saving, numbered and titled;
- if any supportive illustrative material - also numbered, titled and well-operational (e.g., for further scanning);
- articles must be submitted in both paper and electronic format;
- recommendation for print from the academic board of the institution where the author (-s) work(s) or studies (-y), or from the research advisor.
